Terms of Use
Please read these terms before using Brisa.
The application
Brisa is an iOS VPN client developed by Pavel Yakimov. It connects to servers you configure. Brisa does not supply VPN servers, subscriptions, network access, or an account with a VPN operator. You are responsible for obtaining authorized access to a compatible service.
Using Brisa
Use the app in accordance with applicable laws and your service providers’ terms. Do not use it to access systems without authorization or infringe the rights of others. Keep subscription links and credentials private, and import configurations only from sources you trust.
Third-party services
Server availability, speed, routing accuracy, and protocol compatibility depend on your configuration, network, operating system, routing databases, and service providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Brisa is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple, XTLS, or the operators of services you configure.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains local storage, network requests, connection checks, and your controls. A VPN does not guarantee anonymity or protection against every security threat. Direct routing and local-network exceptions affect traffic coverage.
License and open-source components
Your use of an App Store copy is subject to the applicable Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a separate license is supplied with that copy. Third-party components retain their own licenses, including Xray-core under MPL-2.0. These terms do not restrict rights granted by those licenses. See Open Source.
Availability and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Brisa is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
